Ginny is a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor with over a decade of experience within the property industry.

Ginny trained at international consultancy Avison Young (Formerly GVA), working as an agent and advisor to both private and public sector clients, cutting her teeth on multi-million pound commercial, residential and land deals across London & the South East.

In 2020, Ginny joined Retirement Villages Group, part of the AXA IM portfolio, as a Development Manager. Here she lead large design, construction and sales teams on a variety of projects from small property refurbishments to 200 unit, town centre developments. Ranging from high rise new build blocks, to Grade II listed mansion houses.
