An essential annual maintenance service:

Gutters, fascias, soffits: cleaning, realignment, resealing.

Roofs: cleaning of loose debris and plants, fixing of individual loose tiles, replacement of individual tile breaks if possible*. 

Façade & external walls: cleaning of loose debris and plants, sealing of minor cracks.

External drains: cleared of any loose debris and plants, removal of any blockages. 

Report of condition: Each visit will provide a detailed report to ensure that any wider issues are picked up at an early stage, mitigating the risk of expensive unforeseen future repair works. 

Our report will provide an assessment of need, associated budget and timeline recommendations to ensure you get the best value for spend. 

Ongoing access to professional maintenance advice from an RICS Chartered Surveyor.
