With over a decade of experience in the property industry, Ginny brings a wealth of expertise across the commercial, residential, and development sectors.

She began her career at international consultancy Avison Young (formerly GVA), advising private and public sector clients on high-value commercial, residential, and land transactions across London and the South East.

In 2020, she joined Retirement Villages Group, part of the AXA IM portfolio, as a Development Manager. Here, she led diverse teams across design, construction, and sales, overseeing projects ranging from boutique refurbishments to large-scale 200-unit town centre developments. 

Beyond her corporate career, Ginny has been actively investing in property since 2015, building her own portfolio across London and the Home Counties. This hands-on experience has sharpened her ability to navigate challenges and find creative solutions, enriching her advisory approach.
